What’s in Store?

As the WTFC has grown, we have continued to expand our list of vendors who meet our rigorous criteria, and every week we try to bring you more fresh new local products! Check our current Produce Price List to see what we have in store for you this week!

Fresh Produce

We work with local farmers and distributors to bring you organic, locally-grown, fresh produce as much as possible. While we do stock tropical produce, most of the fruits and vegetables we carry are seasonal and grown by local farmers committed to sustainable practices. Help us support them by buying local!

In a typical week, you can fill your baskets with:

  • Fresh seasonal local vegetables such as leafy greens, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, onions, garlic, and ginger
  • A variety of fresh local mushrooms
  • Fresh seasonal local fruits
  • Tomatoes, avocados, bananas, oranges, grapefruits, pineapples, lemons, limes, berries, and other fruits

Our suppliers include: GrowNYC, Hudson Harvest, The Campaign Against Hunger (in season — produce is grown in the Rockaways!), Bulich Mushroom Farms, and Albert’s Organics.
