The tin keeps out light to protect and preserve the oil, so it keeps for months while unopened, and this is one of UNFI’s least expensive EVVOs per ounce (Stephanie made a spreadsheet!). This Spanish olive oil was awarded “Best Choice” and “Fruitiest Oil” by the NY Times.
